Why Set a Default Shipping Profile?
Setting a default shipping profile ensures your UPS labels generate correctly. Missing packaging or weight data can cause delays or errors at drop-off.
📦 Packaging Guide:
- Envelope: Lightweight, flat items under 1 lb (e.g., stickers, pins).
- Small Box: Items 1–3 lbs or small but bulky (e.g., t-shirts, scrub caps).
- Medium Box: Heavier or irregular items 3+ lbs (e.g., kits, bundles).
You can override defaults per item during the posting process.
